Insurance Sales Executive
Our Client is a very successful Insurance provider based in the Norwich area. Their Senior Management team is looking to recruit a talented Sales Executive/Account Executive to aid in the development of their Commercial/Personal Insurance Team. If you are appointed to this role you will play an integral part in developing and growing their book of business.

Your role will be to implement agreed sales strategy to ensure that the business has the required processes in place to achieve its operational goals.
A clear and defined career plan will be put in place that will enable you to see how your contribution will enhance the business. Training and support is provided by an experienced management team.
A fundamental element of your role will be to communicate, liaise, and negotiate using appropriate methods to enable the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
Previous experience within the Insurance Sector dealing with Personal and Commercial Insurance
Excellent sales skills and able to develop and maintain long term working relationships with clients
Excellent communication skills and able to develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues, insurers and service providers
