Corporate Sales Agent

The business has first class relationships with all the leading photo equipment suppliers, including Canon, Nikon, Panasonic, Sony, Sigma and many more.

We are looking for a Corporate Sales Agent as a full time role. Joining the Corporate Team based in Norwich, the successful candidate will report to the Corporate Office Manager and provide sales support and administration to a cross section of Wex business customers.

This role would suit a numerate individual with good customer service skills and strong attention to detail. A good level of interpersonal and written communication skills will also be essential and an interest in photography is highly desirable. The successful candidate will need to be an outgoing self-starter with good judgement and the enthusiasm.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • To ensure all aspects of account administration are carried out in a timely and accurate manner to ensure the smooth running of Corporate Sales.

  • To ensure all orders are fulfilled promptly and to work with the warehouse to ensure that they are dispatched with the highest care and attention

  • To prepare quotes and tenders in a timely and accurate manner, seeking prices from internal and external sources.

  • Keeping 'Salesforce CRM system’ updated daily.

  • Liaise with the purchasing team to ensure that Corporate Customer’s backorders are fulfilled in the most time effective manner as well as communicating with the customer regarding any changes to order and due dates.

  • To keep Line Manager informed of any issues or any complaints received by the customers and the resolution.

  • To liaise with the Head of Corporate Sales to ensure he is kept updated of any issues or opportunities within the department.

  • Be proactive to the Corporate Customers informing them of new products or sales promotions.

  • Administrative duties as required.

  • Attend weekly conference calls.

  • Occasional Customer visits may be required.

A successful candidate will have:

  • An understanding of the commercial and financial implications of actions undertaken and decisions made across the business.

Skills and experience:

  • Experience of working with photographic equipment or in a photographic resale environment is desirable.

  • Previous customer service/Account Management experience.

  • Successful candidates would need to submit to a BCD and Financial Sanctions Check in order to work with Insurance Replacement contracts.
