Reward Analyst - Pensions & Shares Schemes
The purpose of this position will be to support the Head of Reward in the delivery of the group wide share plans and pension arrangements. You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating all share plan activity
- Providing assistance to share plan vendor management
- Being the first point of contact for any employee share plan and pension queries
- Preparing documentation and communication on share schemes
- Liaising with finance in relation to making payments of share schemes
- Overseeing auto enrolement and re-enrolement on a cyclical basis
- Managing payment requests and monthly authorisations for pensioners payroll as well as managing monthly reconciliations and liaising with external pension providers
Ideally you will be in a reward analyst position or similar, be highly numerate and experienced in using excel.
