Genesis owns or manages 33,000 homes across London, the South East and East of England, with a property portfolio valued at £7.27bn (£5.1bn in London). Our turnover is over £406m, providing a full range of housing options and services, from temporary housing to rented homes, homes for sale and supported housing.

This is a truly exciting time to join Genesis as we roll out our new development programme. We have an ambitious programme to deliver nearly 10,000 homes over the next 10 years. With 1,500 units currently on site, and double that next year, we will invest in over 5,000 new homes in the next 5 years. We are also delivering several major regeneration projects that will transform communities and the lives of people who live there.

To ensure we meet our objective we are now recruiting an Assistant Project Manager to join our Delivery & Programme team. This role will give you the opportunity to procure, manage and control allocated projects.

We are looking for an individual with knowledge of, and some experience in, the delivery of development projects, but more importantly you will have the drive and ambition to develop yourself within a highly performing team environment. You will also possess energy and drive to achieve results whilst growing their skills.

As well as providing administrative support to the team, you will, under the guidance of a Project Manager, have your own portfolio of development projects to deliver.

In addition to the Assistant Project Manager role, we are also recruiting for Senior Project Managers, and Development Project Managers. Details of these other roles are on our website now.

Genesis is a leading organisation and is consistently regarded as a first-class place to work by its employees, including a place amongst The Times' Top 50 Employers for Women.

All roles come with a highly competitive range of rewards and benefits including

*Defined contributory Pension
*Up to 26 days annual leave (depending on the role)
*Flexible working arrangements
*Significant opportunities for learning and development
The closing date for this role is Thursday 27th July.
