.NET Systems Developer Norwich - £30,000 - £35,000

Our exclusive Norwich based client are looking to extend their development team with a further systems developer, working on a cloud based Microsoft technology stack.

The company, with a modern office in the heart of the city centre are a fast paced, family-run outfit with a national customer base, and a friendly, inclusive feel, where everyone chips in. This is a business where you are not a cog in a corporate machine, but very much an integral part of the team. The company directors are heavily involved from an operations perspective, and you will liaise and work alongside them quite often.

As part of the development team, you will work alongside the lead programmer to help developer the internal business systems, websites, and integrations utilising the latest tech, cloud based systems, and N tier architecture within a domain driven design environment.

The relevant technologies for the role include the following:

- C#
- ASP.net /MVC
- Web API, RESTful web services
- Entity framework
- SQL Server
- JavaScript + Libraries (Angular.js etc)
- Cloud computing (AWS or Azure)
- Source control / Project management tools JIRA, SVN, TFS etc.

As a crucial member of staff, you will be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering for both internal and external clients alike through the design, development and testing phases, as well as support and documentation. As a result, you will have the opportunity to help mould the technical landscape, and be part of the decision-making processes across the application estate.

This is a truly involved role that will suit someone who wants to have a varied workload, and make a difference within a small medium sized business.

If you have been involved with development within a Microsoft environment and are keen to 'get stuck in' this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
