The company I am representing is a market leading Wealth Management firm, who aim to provide bespoke solutions to their high net worth clients. Due to the rapid expansion of my client, they are seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator, capable of working to a high standard within a team with the goal of generating and preserving solid consumer relations; as well as, providing administrative support to the firm’s advisers. Ultimately, this candidate will be reporting to both Paraplanners and IFAs.

This client offers outstanding career progression and provides excellent training and support for those candidates yearning to achieve Level 4 Diploma Qualification, in order to become either Paraplanners or IFAs in the future.

The responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries in relation to products to a professional standard
  • Ensuring administration of fact files, and assisting with input of processes
  • Responding to client queries, in accordance with internal advisers with the outcome of fulfilling complete client expectations
  • Retaining client business through excellent service as a Sales Support
  • Regular reporting on key facts and figures
  • Assisting with ensuring business compliance credentials are met
  • Chasing up client details for data input in an eloquent manner

Experience and Requirements:

  • The candidate is expected to have relevant experience within Sales Support
  • Having experience in working with Pensions, Investments and Mortgages would be beneficial
  • Be able to provide tremendous customer service in all aspects
  • If you have commenced your Diploma Qualifications, this would be preferential
  • The candidate should have exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Be able to communicate with clients in a friendly and eloquent manner
  • Capability of working and communicating within a busy team environment
