Pod is currently partnering with one of the market leading consumer electronics. They are looking for a new Customer Service Coordinator - French who can fit their unique cultural DNA, they foster an entrepreneurial spirit, encourage innovative thinking and are driven by the passion to succeed.
- Manage the OTD process of a number of customer/countries
- Work with Logistics Service Providers (LSP)
- Ensure orders are picked packed and delivered to meet customer and business expectations
- Resolve queries raised by customers, sales manager or credit control using internal database
- Provide fantastic communication to customers and sales managers
- Excellent communicator and with the best interpersonal skills ever
- Problem analyst and problem solver with a 'can do' attitude
- Enthusiastic and persuasive
- You'll speak French fluently
- Experienced in Order Processing/Customer Service - order to delivery/order to cash process
- who's able to drive the role forward and improve processes
