The ideal applicant will be a recent Graduate or of Graduate calibre, ideally with some exposure to a commercial business environment during a sandwich placement or part time work.
As a Recruitment Consultant you are tasked with managing the full 360 recruitmentlife-cycle - this involves building up a client portfolio of businesses, managing a database of top calibre professional candidates, identifying suitable opportunities within the market place and working with all parties concerned to deliver professional, unrivalled service. The first 6-12 months will be centred on candidate generation activitiesuntil promotion into the full Recruitment Consultant role further down the line.
