We are proud to be assisting a rapidly growing award winning comnpany in their search for a Business Development Representitive. This is a client that we have worked closely with for some time now and they never cease to amaze us with their passion for ongoing development of staff to make sure each and every staff member is the very best they can be.

This will be a field sales based role that will require extensive travel covering the South East of England, there is huge business potential in this area and the company will provide you all the tools you need to succeed including a fully funded company vehicle, iphone, ipad and more importantly a fantastic commission structure and an extremely supportive manager and sales team.

You will need to be confident as you will be meeting clients face to face and talking to large groups of people (publicly), Self motivation is also key as a lot of the time you will be working alone.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Attend client meetings
  • Hunt out new business prospects both on the telephone and face to face
  • Working with clients to ensure that they are getting the most from the service offered
  • Ensuring compliance and adherence to processes
  • Reporting daily sales statistics and joining weekly progress/update conference calls
