Purpose of Role

We require Lead HR Business Partner based in North Yorkshire (Catterick)

The HR Business Partner is accountable for: - providing management direction on all HR and people management issues - operational management and proactive delivery of all HR services - working with the business to address key people management issues - driving through HR related business improvements - ensuring effective delivery of people policies and programmes.

Principal Accountabilities

- Implementation of the Business Unit annual HR people plan
- Provide advice, coaching and support to ensure that managers can effectively manage their teams
- Manage key people management change programmes
- Manage the delivery of performance management, training and development programmes to improve overall business performance and meet our legal obligations
- Support the implementation of the Carillion Values within the business
- Provide accurate management information regarding employment issues within business, including pay and benefits, retention, training and resource management
- Supports the Business Development within the business through: HR bid solutions; people strategy/action plans; management of employment risks; mobilisation/demobilisation plans and client liaison/presentations

Additional Role Information

Lead HR Business Partner

The role holder will be responsible for delivering HR services within a defined region and line management of 2 x Business Partners.

£45000 - £55000 per annum Plus Excellent Company benefits including Company Car or Car Allowance, Company Bonus Scheme, Pension Scheme and Private Healthcare
