Insurance Account Executive with Spanish

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
·Report to the Underwriting Team Leader
·Provide support to insurers and insurance intermediaries (brokers, agents) in terms of quotations and answers to queries on the phone and by email
·Review documentation and carry out one-off projects
·Liaise with relevant areas and departments within the Group as appropriate for the role
·Report any internal and external issues that affect the organisation to the Line Manager in a timely manner
·Participate in and undertake applicable professional, technical and career development training (delivered internally and externally) to include attainment of associated qualifications where required
·Undertake any other duties that the organisation may reasonably request to be performed

Technical Skills and Experience Required
·1-4 years' insurance-related work experience
·Knowledge with the systems, documentation and procedures of the Lloyd's, London and Spanish Insurance Markets
·Knowledge of Professional Risks
·Knowledge of FCA rules and guidelines
·Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
·Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish, Italian is a plus
·Experience working in a commercial position
·Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills
