The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be implementing your existing skills and experience to identify the need for Catering Services within the Hospitality industry and other markets. Your role will be a hybrid of new business and account management. You will be performing against set targets to make the most of the rewarding uncapped commission plan.

Experience Required:
The Business Development Manager must have experience in selling Catering Services. You will ideally have a black book of contacts within the Hospitality industry. You must be a hunter for seeking new business and have a proven track record of account management. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve targets. You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence in a professional manor and have the persistence to exceed all set KPI's.

The Package:
The package on offer for a Business Development Manager, is a basic salary of £35,000 - £55,000, with an uncapped OTE of £80,000 in your first year. You will also receive company car, company phone + laptop, generous pension, opportunities to progress and other flexible options.
