We are looking for Bank Support workers to join our team!

The work can be challenging but the rewards of supporting people to achieve their goals make every day meaningful. We support people with complex health needs as well as physical & learning disabilities.

The people we support attend College, work placements, discos and a number of social clubs during the week such as crafts groups, gardening groups and volunteering in the charity shops. As a support worker you will also support people to maintain the tenancy on their home.

We have an annual BBQ were everyone who is supported and their family and friends get together, jovial staff awards and plenty of food and drink. As you can see we like to socialise and there's even an annual Christmas party for the people we support and staff.



You will need to have held a full driving licence for at least 12 months.
