An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our clients for a HR Administrator to provide full administrative support to the HR team, along with being responsible for data management ofthier internal HR database. You will deal with enquiries coming into the HR Team and administer the work flows and escalate enquiries as necessary.

As part of your role you will provide direct support to the HR Co-ordinator with the company's recruitment process, assisting with the preparation of letters, the induction and probation process, monitoring sickness and providing general admin support.

You will have good attention to detail with good administrative and IT Skills. In addition to having the ability to conduct yourself in a confident and professional manner, you will be able to manage and prioritise your time and tasks effectively and are able to take initiative whilst acting in a clear, polite and positive manner.

Excellent IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required, together with experience of administration, data entry and producing written correspondence.
You will hold GCSE grade A-C in English and Maths or equivalent Level 2 qualification(s).

Educated to Level 3 or degree level 6 qualification and CPP or Level 3 CIPD Certificate or working towards CIPD is desirable but not essential.
