Their services cover education, housing, substance misuse treatment and the prevention of reoffending.

We are currently looking to recruit a Employability Tutor with experience teaching up to level 2 which will be delivered to young people at their Education Centre in Carlisle.

This is a full time role for initially 3 months.

Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
*Experience in delivery of a range of employability qualifications to groups of young people or adults.
*Experience of recruiting groups of young people or adults onto training & education programmes.
*Experience of sourcing work placements and managing young people in the work place.
*Experience with target setting and review, ensuring all learners achieve milestones in a timely manner.
*A full teaching qualification.
