Marketing Executive


Deliver customer centric, innovative, brand aligned and ROI positive marketing activity to grow the business in line with the company objectives.


Take ownership of marketing activity with responsibility for planning, execution, tracking and reporting of offline marketing activity. Focus on offline initiatives to drive new customer acquisition and retention that demonstrate strong ROI.


BRAND - Help create more connections for life brand benefits in mind of consumer, and also within industry.

CAMPAIGN - Deliver campaigns across touchpoints including windows, in-store, and direct mail. Briefing the digital team for owned channels and email to ensure multi-channel integration.

SALES TOOLS - Develop effective tools for our sales teams to aid the conversion of customers and deliver tools to help our customers through their journey to increase loyalty and brand equity.

EVENTS - Implement event plan, develop effective event tools and manage the event process and execution.

PRODUCT - Assist stores, marketing and product manager to bring product passion and deep level knowledge to life, and seek ways to assist instore customer experience.

BRIEFING - Be thorough and clear in the creation of briefs to all stakeholders to improve efficiency and quality of output of work.

MARKETING MATERIALS - Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, event POS from production to store.

KPI TRACKING AND REPORTING - Using internal business intelligence tools develop marketing relevant performance insight to identify areas of focus and tools to help.

INTERNAL MARKETING COMMS - Keep stakeholders appraised of marketing plans and activity.

TEAM POINT OF CONTACT - Be the go to person for internal and supplier marketing queries

DIRECT - Deliver direct marketing activity in-line with the plan and KPI's.

ARTWORK - Assist with basic artwork and design for POS.

MARKETING BUDGET - Creatively and intelligently work to optimise the marketing budget as directed and supported by marketing manager.


Marketing experience in B2C environment

Project management and reporting

Good communication skills

Good presentation skills
