Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit an Business Administrator. This is a contract role until June 2018 based in Reading.

Role Purpose

Director Support:

Candidate will provide support to both the Sales Director and team.

o Pro-active diary management, responsible for keeping an overall view of the diary and ensuring that there is an optimum schedule for the meetings.
o Ensuring all briefing papers and supporting information for internal / external meetings are given to the Director in a timely manner, coordinated through AMs.
o Co-coordinating domestic and international travel on behalf of the Director including accommodation, transfers.
o Book meeting rooms, catering and AV for Directors meetings.
o Maintain the Sales ROBs ensuring that the Director is informed of any potential clashes and rescheduling as appropriate.
o Managing logistics for all internal and external meetings / presentations for Director
o Manage and monitor actions from Sales Leadership meetings.
o Delivering high quality and timely responses to incoming telephone calls, emails and correspondence.
o Scheduling and co-ordination of group meetings/off sites, including logistics, catering etc.
o Assisting Sales and wider team on administration matters where time allows.
o Reviewing team expenses, flagging non-compliance issues and providing guidance in line with the MS UK expense policy.
o Delivering high quality and timely responses to incoming telephone calls, emails and correspondence.
o Photocopying and dealing with courier requests.
o Collection and distribution of mail for Sales teams, also acting as main point of contact for the Sales Leadership team when they are out or away from their desks - all parcels, messages.
o Ownership of internal processes, including My order - creating Purchase Orders, tracking invoices, ordering Hardware/Software/Procurement.
o Updating and monitoring Org Charts, team aliases, SharePoint sites.
o Responsible for Sales 'New Starter' process.
o Organising and managing online meetings for large group meetings.
o Ordering Stationery when needed.
o Providing administrative assistance to ad hoc Group projects i.e. MS Poll initiatives / team culture
o Providing administrative support to key ROB process throughout the year i.e., MGX, End of Year Reviews, Fast Start and Kick-off/all-hands events for Services.
o Provide back up support to other admins within the team during busy times & holiday cover.

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.
