ERP Software Account Manager to join a leading ERP software reseller. This company has been very successful and has built a strong ERP software business over the past 20 years, focusing on a range of vertical markets in the SME space. A competitive package of £40k base plus car allowance and an uncapped OTE of £80k is on offer.

The ERP solution they sell is aimed at large mid-market companies across Manufacturing, Distribution, Sales, Supply Chain, House Building, Wholesale, Rentals, Construction and Engineering.

They are looking for an Account Manager who has worked with ERP software (or similar applications such as accounting software, construction software, property management software, MRP software etc.) and has a proven track record and strong communication skills across all levels.

Your primary role will be to look after the relationships with existing customers, building on loyalty, plus upselling a portfolio of add-on products, business services and support contracts. There will be some field based work promoting additional services and software upgrades.

You need to be able to maintain and build these relationships, inspiring trust and confidence and ensuring that clients are happy and satisfied with their service offering, and ensuring that you spot and then optimise opportunities to sell and promote additional products, support services and licenses. You will focus on gaining repeat business and managing client expectations.

You will have worked as an Account Manager or Sales Executive with products such as NetSuite, Epicor, SAP Business One, Dynamics NAV, Protean, Penta, Orderwise, Dynamics AX, Sage 200, Sage L500, Infor M3, Greentree, Causeway, COINS, Kerridge, Pinewood, Deltek, Yardi, Unit4, de Facto, Access or anything similar.

Your profile:

* Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Executive
* A consultative soft sell approach
* Good all round knowledge of ERP software products
* Ability to qualify and develop new opportunities
* A track record of generating increased revenue from an existing client base
* Experience of account managing or selling ERP products (or similar)
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent relationship building
