Transform is a leading independent provider of cosmetic surgery in the UK with two hospitals and a network of 25 clinics nationwide.
We are currently looking for an experienced receptionist/ administration assistant for our Maidstone Clinic which is located at Turkey Mill.
This role is initially temporary but there is a view to it becoming permanent, it is full time at 37.5 hours per week and on a shift basis which will include late evenings and weekends so flexibility of applicants is essential.
Duties will include answering the phone, keeping the reception area tidy, meeting and greeting patients, first class customer service skills, liaising with other members of staff and helping to ensure a smooth running of the clinic. Previous administrative experience is essential as is an excellent telephone manner.
The successful applicant will also be highly organized and have strong computer skills (including Microsoft word and Excel). A genuine interest in the industry and a passion for high levels of customer care is paramount.
Confidentiality is essential. This is a uniformed position.
Car owner/driver highly beneficial as daily banking duties involved
