About the Telesales Executive:

You will use your excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with customers on a daily basis, offering professional and friendly advice and support.

As the successful Telesales Executive you will:

- Liaise with the customers directly to give the most appropriate advice.
- Identify each client's needs to provide the best offer.
- Be on call daily to reach out to potential and existing customers and manage your personal client database.
- Build long term relationships and become a trusted partner.
- Generate sales leads.
- work towards set targets.
- Identify and initiate leads.
- offer tailored options to meet customers individual needs.

To be the successful Telesales Executive, you must have the necessary ability to reflect on the clients business and empathise with their needs.
