User Experience Researcher
Our client, a global insurance organisation, is is looking to recruit the services of an User Experience Researcher to work within its Digital Product & Design team.
Key reaponsibilites include:
o Plan, execute and communicate studies that reveal the motivations and behaviors of users
o Collaborate with teams across the business to inspire design thinking and customer empathy
o Act as a catalyst for a culture that delivers outstanding experiences for real people, grounded in meaningful evidence
o Plan, execute and communicate user experience research that provides tangible findings and clear calls to action.
o Work with designers, product managers, strategists and developers to prioritize research opportunities in an agile, fast-paced, iterative environment.
Experience / Knowledge:
o Extensive knowledge of usability and user experience research tools and qualitative techniques (e.g. heuristic reviews, benchmarking, card sorts, tree tests, lo-fidelity prototype testing, interviews, field research)
o A strong understanding of relevant technology and digital trends and research experience in multiple digital channels
o A proven track record of delivering research that achieves audacious goals and drives commercial growth
o Exceptional analytical, creative and problem solving skills
o Experience of creating personas, customer journey maps, process flows
o Research experience in both direct to consumer and enterprise or business websites/apps/tools
o Experience of quantitative methods e.g. questionnaire design, behavioral analysis, statistical/analytical concepts
