RedCat Digital are seeking ambitious Account Managers with a proactive attitude who are able to demonstrate a passion for digital marketing, mobile or social media and who possess excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a vibrant Account Manager to join our agency team that has recently been reignited following an influx of agency side roles. The team is managed by one of our old clients who decided to join us and head up the division following a stint working in house. You would be working really closely with him and utilising his agency and client side recruitment experience in order to account manage 4 of our huge accounts.

You will purely be servicing warm live accounts building deep routed relationships with candidates, truly understanding their experience, key achievements and what they are looking for in their next career move. We are proud to say that we have a number of clients who are working with only RedCat, so for that reason there is no business development involved. We want to focus on providing our key clients with the best service, which is where you come in!!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager or graduate who would love to calve out a long-term career with RedCat and manage some of our key accounts and in return we will offer comprehensive training and support through your recruitment journey.

In a nut shell, the role will involve…

Talent attraction - managing our booming database, market mapping and head-hunting in a proactive, friendly and consultative approach.
Online Marketing/ Advertising - exploring social media (Groups, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etc) to attract top talent
Candidate Management through the entire process- competency based interviewing, interview preparation, offer negotiation

You must have….

Passion, drive, energy, determination and commitment - If you have these traits coupled with a drive and hunger for success you will do VERY well in our agency!

A demonstrable interest in all things Digital/ Mobile/ Social and a knowledge around actively emerging market trends, technologies and concepts would be brilliant, perhaps you blog too!

In terms of experience, if you have all of the above, we can be flexible - some sales experience can be useful but our role is very consultative.
