The B & S Group is a privately owned pharmaceutical company which manufactures and distributes pharmaceutical and healthcare products to the UK market. Established in 1999 we offer a wide range of products and services which includes specials, generic drugs, branded medicines, parallel trade and over-the-counter (OTC) medicines. Having undergone two acquisitions since 2010, we are continuing to strengthen and growing rapidly.
The B&S group are looking for enthusiastic individual to sell and promote the portfolio of products to all our customers (existing and prospecting) daily, striving to maintain our market leading position and perform consistently to the highest standard.
The primary focus for the role will be to:
- Proactively sell the entire range of products
- Effectively account manage a territory of customers to increase sales and profits
- Provide constructive feedback about market activity
- Provide evolving strategies to enhance personal and departmental performance
- Manage time effectively fully utilising tools available to maximise sales
- Conduct quality cold calling to generate new business
- Maintain a positive and focused attitude and an outstanding work ethic
- Be passionate about targets and maximise every inbound/outbound opportunity
You will have
- Previous experience in sales with the ability to demonstrate success in a telesales environment.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills with ability to network and articulate well to forge links between Sales Field and key customers
