The opportunity for a young, motivated and talented Insurance Accountant/Auditor to join a specialist Lloyd's insurance broker based in the City as a Finance Manager has arisen with a client focused on the financial services, investment and technology sectors

This is an exciting role to join fast-growing entities seeking to be industry leaders both in terms of products and the use of technology. The current growth of both entities will drive the requirement for further finance hires offering the potential for an exceptional candidate to ultimately take the lead as the Finance Director.


* Ground up management of finance & accounting functions for both entities
* Premium accounting
* Monthly Management Reporting
* FCA Reporting
* Reporting to the Directors at Board Meetings


* Professionally qualified accountant ACA/ACCA or local equivalent.
* 5+ years of increasingly responsible accounting and/or auditing experience
* 3+ years of insurance industry experience (Essential)


A natural communicator, the ideal candidate with have a high level of commercial acumen with
the ability to grow with the organisations in order to achieve the goal of managing a significant
finance team.
