Role

You’ll be responsible for driving business through your senior contacts within the commercial property world, uncovering information and opportunities that will only be available to somebody with an extensive contact book. Expect to be out and about, managing your own schedule to generate the best long-term opportunities possible. If you’re also experienced pitching for and winning projects and would thrive in a hybrid Project Director/Networker role, there’s potential for that here.

Person

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • An extensive contact book of relevant individuals such as agents and landlords
  • The ability to generate at least £2m in fit out opportunities per year.
  • In depth knowledge of the design and build industry
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the D&B realm
  • The gravitas and vitality to keep clients engaged day after day, month after month.

Package

Reflecting the experience this role demands, a salary of £70 - £90,000 is on offer, plus commission. If you think you are what this client is looking for, please get in touch, quoting ST2438.
