The successful candidate for this SEN Teacher role will report to the SENDCO and will join a small team of SEND specialists at the school.

About the Role - Primary SEN Teacher - Southwark, South East London

The successful candidate for this SEN Teacher role must hold QTS and have at least two years' of UK experience. This person should also have experience working in a SEN context or in a similar SEN Teacher role. Makaton and PECs experience is also required. The successful candidate will join an 'outstanding' mainstream school, and will assist specifically with some of the school's SEN students. This will involve small group teaching and one to one interventions as required. This person will be expected to plan and deliver tailored lessons, and will closely follow the progress students are making through their IEPs. The school is looking for consistency and wants someone to join the school on a permanent basis, to invest in lasting relationships and provide the school's SEN students with stability.
