A global retail brand are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant for a 12 month contract.

Candidates will ideally be Immediately available or on a weeks notice, and be from Retail/FMCG background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers
  • Ensure invoices are recorded in the system on time and accurately
  • Ensure Employee Expenses are entered accurately
  • Process Invoices & Credit Notes
  • Scan invoices
  • Manage corporate Credit Card
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Process expense payments via BACS
  • Monitor AP inbox

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of SAP ideal
  • Strong excel
  • 2+ years ap experience, ideally from retail
