I Am Recruiting for a Finance Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based at a professional membership body in Central London.
Our client is going through a key review of their systems and processes, and during this time they will like the incumbent be involved in trying to make their systems automated and to link their financial processing onto a brand-new CRM system.
The successful candidate will be responsible for using the accounting and payroll systems to record financial/non-financial data accurately. This will include: payments to suppliers, posting invoices, purchase and sales ledger support, filing systems, and payroll administration.
You must be either part-qualified (accounting) or an experienced bookkeeper, and have a good understanding when using computerised accounting systems. In addition, communication skills are key when liaising with non-finance staff, and experience with PS Financials is a bonus!
