Job Title: Programme Consultant (GUS)

Salary: £20,000 to £24,000 (dependent on experience)

Your key responsibilities as a Programme Consultant will be providing tailored advice to all prospective students, consulting students through the full application circle. Exploring possible career paths for students and matching it with the specific GUS offerings. For international students you will be advising/making students aware of on visa, immigration issues and compliance. You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service to all students, stakeholder, which is timely and efficient, and encourages students to choose GUS.
You will be a confident individual who is able to use their own initiative with a scope to make decisions within clear parameters. This may also include responding to complaints and escalated issues, and resolving problems involving other departments.
