Balance Recruitment are working with a US law firm in the search for an Accounts Assistant to join their small London-based finance team in a permanent capacity.

This role will appeal to an individual with some office based experience, who has a keen interest in Accounts Payable processes, and is looking to progress their career within this area. You will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience, and eventually get involved with a variety of accounting duties.

Your key responsibilities will be focussed on processing of supplier invoices, dealing with supplier queries and processing payment runs. As the work is fast paced, with exposure to international currencies, the role will require someone who is accurate in their work, with attention to detail being of utmost importance.

The successful applicant will be working within a friendly, supportive firm, based in modern offices. There are a number of long-standing members within the London practice, including the accounts manager, which is certainly a testament to the friendly and inclusive feel of the office.

To be considered for this role, you should have experience of working within a professional, office environment - ideally with some experience, or at least a keen interest in accounting processes. You will be well presented, and a good communicator, with the ability to fit in with a highly professional, corporate environment.

If this opportunity appeals to you, please apply now or get in touch with John Carleton at Balance Recruitment for a confidential discussion.
