This is an opportunity to work for an international leading retail developer across multiple sites in London. Working with multiple stakeholders and tenants the Retail Delivery Project Manager will ensure that all projects are completed to the agreed standard and are fully compliant with the requirements the tenants Lease.

Description

The Retail Delivery Project Manager will;

  • Produce and keep up to date a detailed project plan to deliver the retail elements.
  • Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team.
  • Manage the flow of project information between all stakeholders, including the tenant, leasing, development, design & construction and Centre Management through regular meetings and written communications.
  • Manage the handover stage and ensure that a formal process and procedure is in place to deal with any closing out snagging issues.
  • Ensure tenants are liaising with statutory undertakers and are obtaining all the necessary consents that they are responsible for obtaining to satisfy consent to trade requirements.

Profile

To be successful for the Retail Delivery Project Manager role you will need;

  • A professional qualification in one of the following: Construction, Project Management, Surveying or Architecture.
  • Extensive retail project management experience.
  • Experience in working with cross functional teams within & outside of the company, including, leasing, development, design & construction teams or practices.
  • A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from conception stage, through all of the operational stages to completion and post project review.
  • Knowledge and experience of health and safety and CDM legislation and issues.

Job Offer

A basic salary of £50,000 - £55,000 + benefits.
