Experienced HR manager required for leading charity in West London.
The successful candidate will have a broad range of responsibilities across the charity's HR function and will be managed by the Operations Director.
Your duties will be varied and include;
Managing HR policies and processes.
Managing staff recruitment including job descriptions, enquiries, applications and interviews.
Managing staff inductions and training.
Decision making and resolving conflicts
Managing employment, HR policies and processes, as well as the recruitment of core staff.
Advising on legal and HR matters and supporting internal training programme.
The chosen candidate must have at least three years experience working in HR, one at senior level.
