A great opportunity for a Support Engineer required to join an exciting software organisation based in NorthLondon.
Working in line with agreed SLAs, you will need to provide 1st and 2nd line support via Ticketing and Fault Report Forms/Service Requests; managing them through the appropriate hardware.
Previous experience with troubleshooting Mac OS (1st and 2nd line) is necessary in order to maximise incident resolution prior to being logged for intervention.
- To provide a courteous and professional service to our clients at all times.
- Help to meet clients needs for computer hardware, software and networking tools Knowledge of computer hardware including, desktop PCs, laptops and mobile devices Experience of installing, and using one or more computer operating systems such as Mac OS, Microsoft Windows, and Linux Able to work to develop, test, install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software and networking issues.
- To provide first line support, answering support quires via phone, email and on-site.
- Desktop/Server installation and configuration. Resolving faults and explaining to client the work you have carried out in a simple non technical manner.
Bachelors Degree or higher qualification required.
Full UK drivers licence required.
Apple certifications (ACTC, ACMT etc.) Preferred.
Hands on knowledge of Networking (CCNA) Preferred.
