A well established and progressive MEP Coordination and BIM management company are seeking an MEP coordinator to assist the BIM management team.
The consultancy specialise in BIM management which allows staff to develop a diverse knowledge of construction. They specialise in BIM management and a vast understanding in one discipline, as is typical in the industry, is not really the most beneficial although MEP services are more useful in their line of work than that of structures or architecture for example.
You must have excellent problem solving skills and outstanding technical ability on computers. This is because they serve the clients requirements which changes from job to job and are expected to develop solutions catered to the clients needs.

FAB CAD Modelling
Navisworks (Navigation & Clash detection)
Structure and Architectural Knowledge
3D Studio for Renders
Advanced IT skills
Knowledge in other software that is utilised for similar activities listed below. Ie Navisworks / Syncro
The role will include some or all of elements from the below:
- MEP Coordination modelling using Fabrication CAD MEP
- End sheet production using Fabrication CAD MEP
- MEP Coordination modelling using Revit
- End sheet production using Revit
- Family Modelling using Revit
- Logistics modelling using Revit
- Navigation using Navisworks
- 4D Sequencing using Navisworks
- Clash detection using Navisworks Manage
- Clash filtering using Navisworks Manage
- Reporting using Powerpoint & Navisworks
- Excel spreadsheet usage
