Media/Events Space

The Role:

You'll be an integral member of the Media team and have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow throughout the business. In recruitment no one day is the same as another!

The role will train and coach you to fully understand the recruitment cycle in an initial administrative support capacity albeit with a commercial focus.

You can expect to be getting involved in the following:

* Have a helicopter view of all roles and new business opportunities
* "Manage up" (i.e. the Head of Department) to drive commercial return
* Diary management for the team
* Forecasting and manging the sales pipeline
* Sourcing for candidates for live vacancies, via our database, referrals, online adverts, targeted headhunts, market mapping, attending events and social media
* Organising and administering candidate/client interviews
* Manage internal database for the Media team
* Managing social media and Blog activity
* Writing and administering advertisements
* Researching the market to understand candidate movement and supply
* Promoting the company brand in the relevant candidate markets
* Produce market maps and identify target candidates for consultants
* Design innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates from within the market place

Who we're looking for:

We're looking for a sharp graduate calibre individual who will thrive in a busy but fun environment where the focus is always on client and candidate relationships.

A strong communicator, you will have excellent English skills and the ability to pick up new skills quickly. Ideally you'll have some experience in a previous administration position, however strong graduates would also be considered.
