Fast-growing, independent media company located in modern, high tech offices in Central Bristol is seeking an intelligent and tenacious media sales executive to join its team as part of its major growth plans for 2017/18.
You will join a dedicated four person charismatic sales team consisting of two Business Development Managers and two Sales Executives that work directly with senior management. You will research the market to identify and connect with senior level decision makers in your specific market sector. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the maturity and gravitas to telephone these key players and ascertain their business needs as a prospective client. You will nurture and develop these client relationships to maximise and capitalise on sales opportunities, offering the appropriate sales solution. You will also be a passionate brand ambassador for the company and be confident representing the business at various industry related events in both the UK and internationally.
The positions will suit a highly motivated, well-organised, self-starter with a desire to be very hands-on in a company where you gain real career experience. Full sales training will be provided though you will have ideally acquired some sales experience in a b2b target driven environment. We would also welcome interest from bright and commercially savvy individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to work in a fast paced sales, professional b2b sales environment.
Salary is dependent on experience and will be in the region of 18k - 22k plus a generous and achievable commission structure providing ote of 30k - 40k in your first year.
