Quantity Surveyor’s are offered the chance to join an Award Winning UK House Builder. Quantity Surveyors will be working for the Southern Regional office based in Waltham Abbey, reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager. Quantity Surveyors should have experience with New Build projects for Main Contractors or House Builders, or have a solid background in Main Contracting JCT projects with a genuine desire to transition over to Residential/House Building. This role will suit a Quantity Surveyor who has at least 4+ years’ experience, who has surpassed Assistant Quantity Surveyor level and is now confident sitting on a project as a standalone Quantity Surveyor. Knowledge of Residential packages is advantageous, as well as monthly CVR processes and measuring/take offs. Projects will be based around the Essex/Herts region depending on travel suitability from your home, with developments ranging from detached & semi-detached dwellings to high spec apartment high rises.

Quantity Surveyor - Salary & Benefits
- £50,000 - £55,000 Basic Salary
