Key responsibilities of the role:

* To work closely with your client to develop effective and data driven digital strategies for your clients which further engage their consumers with new products and offerings within the gaming space

* To encourage your client to embrace new technologies and opportunities including those within the programmatic space

* To develop and maintain fantastic client relationships, understanding their business needs but also being their expert in all thing digital

* To oversee and manage two junior digital planners, ensuring they are effectively progressing in their career and their digital buying is appropriately delivered

* To work closely with specialist teams across the agency to ensure strategies are effectively integrated and campaigns are delivered in line with client objectives

Key skills required:

* Whilst this is a digital planning and strategy focused role, prior experience of digital planning and buying is desired (even if the experience of digital buying is not recent)

* You must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding for the UK digital landscape and be up to speed on new channels and technologies

* You will ideally be confident in discussing the intricacies of programmatic buying and have experience of engaging new clients to increase their spend in this area, either from within a digital media team or a programmatic specialist role

* You will have previous experience of managing junior reports and enjoy inspiring people

* You will have strong client servicing skills and be confident when speaking to a range of client stakeholders including the Marketing Director

* You will be forward thinking in your approach and proactive in developing digital ideas for your clients, not being afraid to think creatively

* You MUST be a passionate gamer and have a real enthusiasm to work on a entertainment brand but prior ents sector experience is not essential
