CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER Automotive Dealership
Long established main dealer (cars) have an exciting new role for a Customer Care Manager, working in a front of house role within the Service Reception in this busy dealership. They are looking for an exceptional, outgoing personality to head up and proudly lead their Customer Care Team in providing excellent levels of customer service and experiences which befit the environment in which they operate
This role will involve ensuring the smooth and efficient operational running of the Service Reception and Customer Care services of the dealership. This involves the leadership and co-ordination of the team to deliver the highest level of customer care and efficiency, across all brands.
The aim is to create and maintain customer loyalty fuelled by high levels of customer satisfaction, as evidenced by manfufacturers' customer satisfaction indexes.
You will be supporting the Service Manager by assisting in the achievement of the financial business plan. In particular to lead, develop and grow all opportunities to do business and promote the sale of associated products on offer within the department. You will lead and manage the customer care team from the front, and by example, by following the company Customer Handling Standards.
You may be a senior service advisor seeking your next career move, or already be in a similar role within a dealership. Automotive industry and customer care experience is essential.
Basic salary £25-26k with an OTE of £29k
