The position of Marketing Manager is absolutely pivotal for my client - The role is reporting to a Senior Marketing Manager whom you will be working closely with on the Marketing and Communications strategy. The beauty of this position is that it allows you to fully see your campaigns through to completion, as well as be the spearhead of ground-breaking ways of bring the organisations products and services to the external members and wider-public.
You will line manage a marketing executive and be responsible for the persons workload, motivation and performance.
You will use numerous on and offline marketing and communications channels in order to promote member benefits.
You, along with the wider function, will be responsible for the company's brand - using analytical tools, you will assess what channels are working and how best to improve them, and/or reach desired targets.
The successful Marketing Manager would be someone that is looking for a role that allows one to work on both strategy and the implementation of said strategy. You will have experience in line management, and have a full-mix on and offline skill-set.
Ideally you will be someone that has experience in writing briefs and running multiple campaigns at once. Have a high attention to detail, and someone that has a high desire to succeed.
The successful candidate will have a solid level of copywriting and proofreading. You will have experience using email platforms, website, analytics and digital channels.
This position is based in London and is a permanent role. The position is paying up to £41,000 with a great benefits package added.
