Continuing their rapid growth and recent funding round, this leading FinTech100 are looking for a Partnerships Manager take ownership of the channel to the next level. You will help shape the Product & Proposition to drive commercial growth and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have responsibility for the performance and growth of the commercial partnerships channel
  • Ensuring existing partners are retained, you will be instrumental in the building of a market-leading partnerships proposition and product
  • Define and deliver a clear and comprehensive partnerships strategy
  • Ensure the Partnerships channel is fully resourced by working with key stakeholders internally
  • Think around commercial issues and present opportunities to overcome obstacles to growth

Key Qualities:

  • Previous experience in a Partnerships Manager role OR Consultative background
  • Demonstrable track record in setting and achieving commercial objectives
  • Outstanding negotiation, presentation and influencing skills
  • Natural curiosity and enthusiasm to embrace new technology and employ data driven strategies
  • Directly contributed to developing new propositions and products
