My Client is looking for an Account Manager to work for a successful IT Managed Service Client of ours based in Norwich.
As an Account Manager, your responsibility is to understand, anticipate and deliver the IT needs of your established client base. You will need quickly to build an understanding of your customers, all of whom will rely on my client to deliver their IT to a very high standard.
First class listening skills, smart personal presentation, flexibility and reliability
Commercial awareness and strength of character
Comfort using and discussing Information Technology
An ability to work with cross functional teams and build strong internal relationships
Diligence, great attention to detail and the capability to make decisions based on competing information and pressures
Research, prepare, issue and follow-up proposals to meet your client's IT requirements in a timely fashion
Attend client meetings to review service levels and advise on broad IT strategy (initially with support) to meet their business requirements and generate opportunities
Develop and display ownership of the client experience for accounts in your portfolio
