Our client, a prestigious SW1 based Auction House, is looking to recruit a Client Service Representative to be based front of house and provide an important post sale service, for instance, accepting payment from clients, releasing property and handling enquiries.

European language skills would be an advantage but are not essential. It is more important to have poise, professionalism and outstanding client service talents gained within a customer focused environment, as well as high levels of numeracy and ideally some SAP and bookkeeping skills.

This Client Service Representative position is on a part-time basis working Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 9am - 5pm.

Key accountabilities within this part-time Client Service Representative position include:

*Issuing invoices, shipping quotes, storage charges
*Issuing paperwork and accepting shipping instructions
*Requesting shipping quotes
*Processing and allocating client payments to their accounts
*Authorising the financial release of property
*Escalating client queries regarding payment and shipping
*Answering calls in respect of internal queries
*Managing documentation
*Providing Post Sale administration support
*Processing quotes
