Do you want to work for a prestigious airline service provider?

My client are located at Stansted Airport they are looking for a Hospitality and Operations Co-Ordinator to join their team! You will be contracted to work an average of 48 hours a week - shifts of the hours will be from 6am to midnight (with the possibility of becoming 24/7 in the future).

Your role will be to ensure all aspects of customer service is at the highest of standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that all orders placed by customers are fulfilled to the specification that has been requested and delivered on time.

- Communicating efficiently with customers over telephone, by email and face to face. 
- Upsell as when you can to ensure every profit opportunity is taken
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers; this includes follow up phone calls after every order, recording all feedback and maintaining client preference records
- Solving customer issues to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate, administrate and set up of Flight Attendant culinary training programmes
