Excellent opportunity for a multilingual individual to join a global team focused on providing cross-functional business solutions and external support to company's partners based in Germany, France, and Spain. Main responsibilities will include:

* Providing internal and external client support
* Managing support escalations and coordinate messaging with operations and product teams
* Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on support efforts to key internal stakeholders
* Coordinating ongoing cross-functional client support meetings
* Assisting internal teams with fraud mitigation and management efforts
* Developing client support content and training


* Fluency in French, German, Spanish and English (written and spoken)
* Previous experience in a customer support focused role
* Excellent communication skills (verbal, visual, and written) with the ability to interpret data and communicate clearly and concisely
* Ability to work independently and with a team in a dynamic fast-paced environment
* Well organized, with exceptional attention to detail
* Prioritizing and problem solving skills
* Flexible to work with others in multiple time zones
