One of London’s most highly respected international law firms is looking to hire a Company Secretarial Assistant for their stunning offices.

The part-time, 3 days per week opportunity has arisen within the International Corporate department, and will involve providing a comprehensive support service to the firm’s clients.

The Company Secretarial Assistant will be expected to work extensively with Companies House to manage client requirements, coordinate the process of incorporating companies end-to-end, manage the annual returns policy and draft board resolutions and minutes.

The role would be perfect for an individual well versed in Companies House procedures and Articles of Association, and confident in speaking to clients on related issues. A first-class attention to detail is an absolute must, as are strong organisational and administration skills. 'Blueprint’ software experience is highly desirable.
