Technical Specialist - Voice
We are looking for a Technical Specialist - Vocice to be responsible for the day-to-day support and proactive maintenance of the Unified Communications / Legacy Telephony platforms.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of systems management procedures in a large commercial, mission-critical environment.
- Capacity planning, performance tuning, proactive monitoring.
- Change control, release procedures and tools.
- ITIL based service management framework
- Cisco UCS
- Work Flow Management
- WebEx, Jabber –Unified Communications tooling
- Cisco Networking
- TCP/IP, routers, switches, multiplexers, modems, cabling
- F5 Load Balancers
- Checkpoint / Fortigate Firewalls
- Cisco Tooling – APIC-EM, ISE, Prime
