Learning & Development Manager
The key aim for the role will be to identifying, design and deliver a diverse range of L&D initiatives to meet the needs of the business and its people.
Key to the success of the role will be to blend the approach to best suite a range of learning styles, and therefore maximise the engagement and participation of the business at all levels.
You will be able to demonstrate a passion for L&D, you are likely to have gained a significant amount of your experience in a Financial services environment. Therefore being comfortable in a highly regulated environment, including for example the competency regime.
