Technical Support Administrator
Technical Support Administrator job to be based in Hackney supporting users across multiple sites in the area.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing senior level technical services to 2500 users (incl. both staff and students) and will be the initial point of escalation from desktop / 1st line teams. You will help to ensure the smooth running, maintenance and development of the IT Systems.
This role will be based across Hackney, covering up to 4 sites as required throughout the entire year.
What you'll need to succeed
- Knowledge of Core Dell Switch Infrastructure and Firewalls
- VLANs and Routing tasks and troubleshooting
- Able to support staff and students through advice, documentation and training as needed.
- Willingness to learn and work closely with the IT Director to execute projects and developments across the Federation.
- DBS Cleared
