A leading Integrated Marketing and Tech Consultancy are looking for a driven Senior Customer Strategy Consultant to join their Campaigning and Customer Strategy division.
The position will contribute to the continuous success of the department and the wider integrated customer strategy group. You will motivate and drive internal teams and inspire clients to deliver outstanding work that achieves results and delivers amazing customer experiences.
You will work with sales and marketing to deliver pitch-winning proposals that promote the full offerings from across the integrated strategy group, including, Data, Insights, Design and Build, Campaigns and other technologies.
You will have solid experience in delivering CRM/CVM/ CX strategies and ideally some digital strategies too. You will need to be equal parts data, tech and creative, as you will be leading projects across multiple channels, understanding business requirements, defining solutions which match the clients specifications and then communicating these in easy to read proposals.
- Experience delivering customer strategy and planning projects, driving analysis, briefs and test plans
- Strong experience in CRM/CVM/CX strategies
- Segmentation experience
- Consultancy/agency background
- Evidence of being commercial and results focused
- Experience delivering motivational pitches and proposals
